Why VALSTEER Forged Steel Gate Valve?

Compact, high-pressure isolation valves engineered for critical steam and process duty.

Forged Body Integrity

Forged construction in ASTM A105, LF2, F304L, F316L and alloy grades F11, F22, F5, F9 and F91 delivers high mechanical strength, low porosity and resistance to thermal and pressure cycling.

Reliable Linear Shut-Off

Rising-stem, outside screw and yoke design with a guided wedge ensures consistent tight shut-off and low pressure drop on lines that stay mostly open or closed.

Optimised for High Temperature and Pressure

Carbon, stainless and alloy steel bodies with suitable trims are configured for high-pressure steam, high-temperature process lines and power plant conditions.

Versatile Trim Options

Trim combinations in SS410, SS304 and SS316 are chosen based on media, temperature and project standards to balance erosion resistance, corrosion resistance and cost.

End Connections to Match Piping

Socket weld, threaded and butt-weld ends are offered to align with existing high-pressure piping specifications, especially in boiler houses and compact skid layouts.

Project-Grade Documentation

Supplied with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, pressure test reports, QAP/ITP and full TPI support to meet project, consultant and audit requirements.
