Why VALSTEER Forged Steel Ball Valve?

Compact, high-pressure isolation with forged integrity and proven testing.

Forged for High Pressure

Forged bodies in ASTM A105 and stainless steels provide higher mechanical strength, refined grain structure and reduced porosity for demanding Class 800 to 2500 service.

Compact High-Pressure Design

Short face-to-face and small envelope dimensions make these valves ideal for tight piping layouts, skid packages and boiler rooms.

Reliable Shut-Off

Precision-machined ball and seats, blowout-proof stem design and robust packing deliver consistent tight shut-off under high differential pressure.

Multi-End Connections

Available with socket weld, screwed and butt-weld ends to match high-pressure piping specifications and maintenance preferences.

Standards-Compliant

Designed and tested in line with ASME B16.34, API 602 / API 598 and relevant end connection standards for project compliance.

Project Documentation Ready

Supplied with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, pressure test reports and support for third-party inspection where specified.

Forged Steel Ball Valve FAQs

Forged steel ball valves are preferred for small-bore, high-pressure service where compact size and higher body integrity are required. They are commonly used in Class 800 and above, steam lines, boiler rooms and high-pressure hydrocarbon service.

Standard offerings cover ASME Class 800, 1500 and 2500, with size and connection options varying by class. Special designs can be discussed for specific project requirements.

Socket weld and threaded ends are standard for forged steel ball valves. Butt-weld ends can be supplied for selected sizes and classes where specified in the project requirements.
