Integrated Valve–Actuator Packages

Valves and actuators are sized and matched for torque, pressure and cycling requirements, supplied as complete, tested assemblies ready for installation.

Quarter-Turn Ball & Butterfly Options

Electric actuation on ball and butterfly valves covers a wide range of line sizes, pressures and media for on/off or basic modulating service.

Suited for Sites Without Air Supply

Ideal for plants where compressed air is not available or not preferred, with electric control from local panels, PLC or BMS systems.

On/Off and Modulating Control Options for simple open/close duty or proportional control with 4–20 mA / 0–10 V signals and position feedback to integrate with automation systems.

Industrial Protection & Enclosures

Weatherproof actuator housings with appropriate protection class (e.g. IP65/IP67) for typical outdoor and plant environments; higher protection available on request.

Project Documentation & Support

Supplied with valve and actuator datasheets, wiring diagrams and test reports, with application support for sizing and selection.

Electric Actuated Valve Range

Select pressure class and construction to suit your line conditions.

Electric Actuated Ball Valve

Quarter-turn ball valves with electric actuators for tight shut-off in process, utility and high-pressure lines. Available in carbon steel and stainless steel bodies with screwed or flanged ends.

Electric Actuated Butterfly Valve

Wafer and lug type butterfly valves with electric actuators for larger line sizes in water, wastewater and general service. Ductile iron bodies with liners and discs selected for media compatibility.

Electric Actuated High-Performance

Special executions for higher pressure, temperature or tight shut-off requirements, subject to case-by-case design and confirmation.

Operation & Control Options

Configure how your electric actuated valves operate and communicate.

On/Off Control

Open/close operation via digital signals from local pushbuttons, MCC, PLC or BMS for simple isolation duty.

Feedback Signals

Limit switches and optional analogue feedback signals provide open/close or position information back to control panels or SCADA systems.

Modulating Control

Electric Actuated Valve FAQs

Electric actuated valves are ideal when compressed air is not available, when wiring and electrical control are simpler than air piping, or where slower, controlled movement and precise positioning are preferred.

Most commonly, ball and butterfly valves are supplied with electric actuators for on/off and basic modulating control. Other types may be possible depending on design and project requirements.

We need valve type and size, pressure rating, media, differential pressure, operating frequency (number of cycles), required open/close time, supply voltage and control signal type.

Yes, actuators are offered with weatherproof enclosures (e.g. IP65 / IP67 equivalents) suitable for typical outdoor and plant environments. For highly corrosive or hazardous areas, please share details for suitable selection.

Yes. Actuators with analogue input (4–20 mA or 0–10 V) and feedback signals are available for modulating or positioning service, subject to actuator model and application.

We provide valve and actuator datasheets, wiring diagrams and test reports. Project-specific documentation, including inspection and test plans and third-party inspection, can be supported where specified.
