Why VALSTEER Forged Steel Globe Valve?

Forged construction, precise throttling and project-grade documentation.

Forged Body Integrity

Forged bodies in ASTM A105, LF2, F304L, F316L and alloy grades F11, F22, F5, F9 and F91 provide high mechanical strength, low porosity and resilience under thermal and pressure cycling.

Stable Throttling & Control

Globe valve trim geometry offers stable flow characteristics for regulating flow, pressure and level in high-pressure lines, not just on/off isolation.

High-Pressure / High-Temperature Ready

Carbon, stainless and alloy steel bodies with suitable trims are configured for high-pressure steam, high-temperature process lines and power plant duty.

Flexible Trim Options

Trims in SS410, SS304 and SS316 are selected as per media, temperature and erosion/corrosion risk to extend seat and plug life.

End Connections for Compact Piping

Socket weld, threaded and butt-weld ends align with high-pressure small-bore piping standards in boiler houses, skids and tight pipe racks.

Project-Grade Documentation

Supplied with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, pressure test reports, QAP/ITP and TPI support in line with project and consultant requirements.

Class 800 Forged Steel Globe Valve

VALSTEER Class 800 forged steel globe valves are compact forged globe valves used for throttling, flow regulation, and isolation in high-pressure small-bore lines. These forged steel globe valves are commonly applied on steam, condensate, and utility control duties where stable control is required in limited space. With configurations suited for modulating service, Class 800 globes are a practical choice for boiler houses, skids, and process utilities where reliable throttling performance matters.

Material / Temperature Options: Carbon, Stainless and Alloy Steel Options

Material selection is critical for forged steel globe valves because throttling duties can see high differential pressure, temperature gradients, and erosion.

VALSTEER offers carbon steel, low-temperature steel, stainless steel globe valves, and alloy steel globe valves configured to match your pressure–temperature–media envelope, along with trim selections aligned to service conditions and project specifications.

Correct MOC selection improves shut-off reliability, limits trim wear, and supports long service life in steam and process control duties.
